THREE PHASES OF TRANSLATION
Translation projects pass through a linguistic process consisting of translation, editing and proofreading and handled by three different native resources with academic certificates in translation and hands-on experience in the subject matter.
TERMINOLOGY CHECK
A terminology check is carried out to ensure consistency with client-approved termbase and glossary. This is an ongoing process that is followed during translation and post-translation automated QA check.
ARABIC PROOFREADING
Arabic linguists check the translated content to ensure that it typically follows the standard internal and/or client style guide, and that grammar, spelling and punctuation are correct.
SME TRANSLATOR CHECK
A subject matter expert with special knowledge in the field of specialization makes a final review of the target version to ensure that the technical information is accurate and appropriate for the target audience.
AUTOMATED QA CHECK
Automated QA check is run to detect human possible errors such as inconsistent translations/terminologies, number mismatch, wrong punctuation, etc., to ensure optimum quality and highest productivity.
CLIENT FEEDBACK DOCUMENTATION
Client feedback is well received and documented to work in line with client's perspective in terms of style and terminology. This guarantees less rework in upcoming projects and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
